Try to shape the market anywhere you can. Brands have more of an impact on market trends than you think, and if you can be bold with your ideas, you’re going to stay relevant and influential (think Rhode lip phone case).

Vacation! They draw inspo from the carefree days of the '80s. Co-founder Marty Bell describes the brand as a blend of "The Office" TV show and Jimmy Buffett's world, merging humour with relaxation. Their creative is retro, and their tone of voice is infectious.
